Bottleneck is the world's first Delegation Intelligence company. We train and place AI-Fluent Distant Assistants, real human beings, who lead Delegation Departments inside growing businesses. Our work began with a simple observation: the Virtual Assistant model wasn't working for the Overloaded Owners we wanted to support. So we invented something new.

The founder
Jaime Jay.
Jaime built Bottleneck after serving as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division and spending more than three decades in business. He's the redneck CEO who got tired of watching good owners drown in work that should have left their desks long ago, and decided to fix the broken model rather than sell more of it.
He's plain-spoken, funny, and allergic to corporate theater. He'll tell you the truth about whether Bottleneck is right for you, even when the truth is no.
