An anchor holds the boat in place when the current pulls hard. It doesn't stop the storm. It keeps the boat from drifting where it shouldn't go.
Why we chose ANCHOR
We chose ANCHOR for 2026 because of where we are in the story. The category is real. The system works. The team is stronger than ever. The pull now isn't to invent more. The pull is to hold the line. To deliver every day at the standard we set. ANCHOR is the discipline of doing the work, the right way, every day, for the people counting on us.
What it meant for the team
- Accountability. We own our outcomes. No blame culture. No cover-up culture.
- Navigation. We move forward with intention. We say yes to what holds the vision.
- Consistency. Every DA runs the Bottleneck Method the same way. Every client gets the same standard.
- Human Connection. AI is here to stay. We use it as a multiplier. But the work is still human. We treat people like people.

- Reliability. We do what we said we'd do, when we said we'd do it. No drift. No drama.
What we're building this year
ANCHOR doesn't mean we stand still. It means the things we build this year are anchored in what already works: more Delegation Departments installed, deeper AI fluency training, the continued expansion of the Bottleneck Method. The path to 300 active Delegation Departments by December 31, 2028 starts with what we add this year.
