118 Justin Deese A Clear-Cut Vision for Success
Justin Deese
On today’s episode, Jaime Jay welcomes Justin Deese. Justin is the CEO of The Blue Collar Success Group. He is a sought-after business strategist, visionary, and self-made entrepreneur. He is the go-to person if you want help in structuring and managing your business. Tune in and learn how having a vision and a coach can drive you forward to success.
The business is there to serve me; not for me to serve the business.” -Justin Deese
The Need for Help
Justin had the same bad habit with most entrepreneurs. He started his business, and allowed it run and dominate him. He came to the point that he realized his need for help.
That’s when he received actual coaching from EMyth, and started systematizing his business. Eventually, he started other businesses. Now, he works full time with The Blue Collar Group.
Empower with a Coach
Justin came to the point that he didn’t like his business. So, he started researching until he found EMyth’s business coaching. He first read the book he got from his father, and then decided to get a coach.
If this book has helped me, what will coaching do for me?” -Justin Deese
He was an athlete as a child, and had coaches. But, he never got those two working together. The realization turned his life around.
Vision is Direction
Having a vision is important when running a business. As Justin puts it, you’ll be aimless if you don’t have a clear vision.
Think about your vision as your GPS. When you get in your car and you’re going somewhere, you put where you’re going in your GPS. That’s no different with a business.” -Justin Deese
Your vision enables you to reach your goals faster as well as tell you when you’re off the course. Once you have a clear vision, things will naturally open up to you.

About Jaime Jay
Meet Jaime Jay – a man who wears many hats, and wears them all admirably. He's a master connector, an entrepreneur extraordinaire, and a published author who knows how to get things done.
Before he found his way to the business world, Jaime served his country as a brave paratrooper in the U.S. Army. But that's just the beginning of his many accomplishments.
He's the founder of the renowned Bottleneck Distant Assistant Services firm, and his book "Quit Repeating Yourself" has become a must-read for entrepreneurs everywhere.
When he's not busy building his empire, you can find him on his beloved Harley Davidson, cruising through the countryside and taking in the invigorating effects of Uitwaaien – a Dutch practice that involves facing the wind to boost health and relieve stress.
He enjoys spending his free time outside building stuff with his wife, Nikita the dog and their two kittens (for now at least) Tommy and Tater.
He is ‘over-the-moon’ happily married to his wonderful wife Sara, his amazing daughter, Jessica, who is serving our country as a United States Army soldier. Jaime and Sara are the proud grand parents of two beautiful little girls.
