Why we chose IMPLEMENT
We chose IMPLEMENT in early 2020 before we knew what the year would become. The word was meant to be about action. Then March happened. While other companies were paralyzed, we built. We trained. We supported the founders who suddenly had nowhere to turn except remote support.
What it meant for the team
- We helped Distant Assistants transition to fully remote infrastructure in their homes.
- We supported clients whose businesses were turning upside down.
- We documented everything we were learning in real time about how remote teams function under pressure.
What it became by year's end
By the end of 2020, IMPLEMENT had become the year that proved the entire model. IMPLEMENT also planted the seed for what would become Delegation Intelligence.
The year that demanded we move. So we moved.
