How It Works
- Request ISP Services: Reach out to Bottleneck’s Project Manager via video call to outline your task requirements and desired block of hours.
- Task Confirmation: The PM will confirm the scope of work, necessary resources, and estimated hours required to complete the project.
- Invoice & Payment: Once the scope is confirmed, our billing department will issue an invoice for your chosen block of hours.
- Project Execution: Once payment and all required materials are confirmed, the ISP team will begin working. Regular updates will be provided, and you can request feedback or changes throughout the process.
- Completion & Reporting: Upon task completion, the PM will meet with you to ensure everything is fulfilled. You’ll also receive a report detailing the time consumed from your purchased hours.
- Additional Hours: If your project exceeds the block of hours, the PM will notify you, and the project will pause until additional hours are purchased.
