Meet John Jones

John is a 50 year old entrepreneur who still loves to communicate the old fashioned way, fact-to-face and via phone. A forward thinker, he has embraced technology and realizes the importance of email, social media as well as project, content, scheduling, reporting and invoicing software.

He is a leader that is focused on creating opportunities for his company and is the Chief Evangelist. John loves to listen to podcasts, read books and scours digital media for ways to get ahead in life and in business.

John is challenged by project management disorganization, bookkeeping, content creation, basic administrative tasks like email, call and schedule management and updating and managing his website.

His time is focused on too many activities that drain him of energy. John desperately wants to focus on what does give him energy, growing his company!

He is Doing Everything On His Own

John wakes up early to workout then checks his emails, voicemail, social media and his calendar for the day. He leaves work late knowing he must start again early the next day. John cannot focus on growing his business if he spends all of his time managing his business.

And other things He wants to do…

John wants to travel and enjoy more leisure time without worrying if his business will suffer in his absence. He would like to hone a skill like the guitar or finally rebuild that car he has had since high school. He does not lack for good intentions like his shelf full of unread books, the Peloton gathering dust or his honey-do list he’s never quite gotten around to.

Other Things

But here’s the Biggest Challenge

John knows he needs help but he does not know where to begin or how to delegate.

Schedule Management
  • Email
  • CALL
  • SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT

John needs someone with strong organizational skills to determine which emails he should respond to personally, alert him to his schedule throughout the day and field his calls if he is busy.

  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • BOOKKEEPING
  • SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT

John needs a point person tracking his projects, a specialist who can organize and update his books.

Bookkeeping
Website Management
  • WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
  • ONLINE PRESENCE

John is smart enough to learn but has no desire to update and manage his website. He needs an expert to make his presence stand out!

And other things He wants to do…
