Mark Is An Entrepreneur Who Is Spending
Most Of His Time On The Wrong Things
Is your job getting in the way of doing your best work?
Meet Mark
Mark is a 35-year-old Managing Partner in a Digital Marketing firm. As a Millennial, he makes full use of his smart phone and social media to communicate with clients and his peers.
While business is currently doing great for his company, Mark cannot get too comfortable. In an industry such as Digital Marketing, one has to always improve or find new creative ways to alleviate the noise. That is why he is always analyzing current trends and potential shifts in the market.
Mark does not have a lot of time for research as more tasks have been piling up. Mark could definitely use a helping hand, or even another “Mark” to handle all his tasks for him.

Mark does not have a lot of time for research as more tasks have been piling up. Mark could definitely use a helping hand, or even another “Mark” to handle all his tasks for him.
He is the Manager, the Taskmaster, and the Think Tank
Mark’s day is quite a handful. He meets with his partners, check on his emails, and also checks on the progress of his team. All these tasks leave little time for him to research new ideas and marketing strategies that would continue to grow his business with services and products that his clients desperately need.
Mark knows that being left behind on new marketing trends can spell disaster to their business. He needs someone to share his tasks, or he will have to sacrifice his personal time to get things done.
Right now, he needs to focus on finding new ways to grow his business
He needs to look for a person who can shoulder the lower-level that takes up too much of his time.
Mark knows he is trying to do everything by himself. He needs a personal assistant who can do his tasks efficiently. But he also wants someone who can do more as their responsibilities increase over time. This will let him delegate more tasks in the long run. And in turn, he will have more time to explore new ideas or improve on their current marketing services.

But here's the Biggest Challenge
Mark realizes the need to hire a personal assistant. He is not sure if the assistant can handle all the tasks he will be delegating. He feels that he may not have the time to train an assistant from scratch.
Mark needs someone that can assist in managing his team. The personal assistant will coordinate with his team on their daily goals. This way, Mark can handle higher level tasks for the company, but still be up-to-date on his team’s activities.
Mark requires a personal assistant that can speak with his clients in a respectful but confident manner. They will be his voice when answering calls or setting up meetings with current and potential clients.
Mark’s assistant will also answer his emails and organize his meetings to avoid schedule overlaps or miscommunication with clients.
With the burden of all the administrative tasks and project management alleviated, Mark can now focus on doing his best work. He can start thinking of new ideas, educating himself on current trends and possible shifts in the Digital Marketing landscape.
