My position was an Underwriting clerk and my duty was to maintain and organize numerous files. Renew non-life policies, and anything my supervisor would advise me. Sadly, My reason for leaving the job was end of contract. After that, I was hired as an Operations Manager at Kuroneko cafe. I started there last March of 2020 up to January 2022. My main duty was to create marketing campaign and promotions, do the cafes books, and handle the cafe social media presence. Currently I am employed at Concentrix, my position is Mobility Tech support for AT&T account. My main duty and responsibility is to resolve customer issues.
