My job is to attend to customers' inquiries, requests, and complaints regarding their telco subscription. I also worked as an Executive Secretary for Dynaflow Trading L.L.C in Dubai UAE from June 18, 2014 to June 18, 2016. I am directly reporting to the Managing Director and handling the company's main email account. My first GCC experience was in Media Masters Online in Dubai UAE as Office & Sales Administrator from October 1, 2012 to April 1, 2014. I prepare text and email campaigns, answers call inquiries, and performs daily administrative tasks. My first overseas job experience in TWG Tea Pte. Ltd, Singapore as Sales Operations Executive from May 1, 2011 to September 1, 2012 . This was a retail store where I attend to walk-in guests, do cashier roles from time to time and stand in the pastry section to sell delectable cakes and signature macarons. My first job after graduation was in Hotel Rembrant as Accounts Executive from February 11, 2009 to April 1, 2011. My role here was to Handle the corporate and social events offered by the hotel by selling functions rooms with packaged food, service, and accommodation. Maintains the regular accounts and develops new accounts through sales calls.
