The first company that I worked for as a Outbound Nonpay Agent is at the ResultsCX. I started there on November 2020 and ended on April 2021.My main tasks there is to call customers regarding the outstanding balance on their account. Update them that their current subscription has already expired and the card that we have on file did not go through for the payment. Other than that, we also do upselling. If the customer is not maximizing the channels in their subscription and they are still paying for a huge amount of money. We offer other packages that has lesser price than their current subscription and its also more suitable for their listening preferences. Our main goal is to successfully get the updated card information so that it will count as a sale for us. The second company that I worked for as a Email-Chat Support Representative is at TaskUs Batangas. I started my contract there on October 2021 and ended on January 2022. My main tasks there is to handle customers concerns regarding their order. We provide order status, order updates and provide product information. If the customer received a defective, incorrect and incomplete order. We process a refund if they processed a return.
