After I resigned from Teletech, I was hired as Senior Customer Service Executive at HCL Technologies Philippines from February 05, 2018 until September 2019 where I handled medical records for our patients for them to be qualified for a sleeping machine covered by their government insurance. I also handled teams as Subject Matter experts where I focused on their KPIs, auditing their job and making reports and making client meetings. I am still with the company but as I am an associate now. I am handling request from our clients to make records and modifications for their photocopying machine. I also audit the teams task.
