My previous experience as a Customer Service Representative from August 13, 2018, up to December 15, 2020, was at Concentrix. My tasks were handling customer complaints and billing. Currently, I am working as a Customer Relations Officer at Detoxicare Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory Inc., one of the first stand-alone molecular laboratories in the Philippines. I've been part of this company since July 27, 2021, and part of my job is to answer inquiries related to PCR tests via phone calls as well as inquiries from emails and social media accounts. I also accommodate walk-in clients. Lastly, I reach out to PAL passengers and see that they received their swab test results in a timely manner.
