I’ve been an administrative assistant at Jadsons Marketing Inc. for two years from November 2016 to December 2018. My duties and responsibilities as an administrative assistant are to improve the efficiency of administration in the organization. Supported administrative duties, including email and call management. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. Accomplished all different projects under budget and on time. Makes travel arrangements for staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Provides information by answering questions and requests. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and placing and expediting orders for supplies. Monitor and pay company bills on time. Arrange and manage events such as Christmas parties, team-building activities, retreats, etc. Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data. Monitor employees’ government benefits ( SSS, HDMF, Philhealth) Now, I’m currently working as an ESL teacher. I teach Chinese and European students. I’ve been teaching at 51 Talk since April 2019 and also I teach at Novakid from March 2021 until now. My duties and responsibilities as an ESL teacher are to study course materials and design lessons that cover all aspects of the English language. Conducting activities and lessons based on ESL teaching methodologies. Evaluating students’ performance by giving feedback. Assessing student progress in learning English. Conducting activities and lessons based on ESL teaching methodologies.
