I first serve as a front line costumer representative where we are catering drivers of one of the biggest transporting app in US and Canada. Eventually I was promoted as one of the third level associates wherein we are already handling multiple lines like inbound, outbound calling and sending emails. We are only handling drivers who needed supervisor assistance. I started way back February 20 2018 until May 1 of this year.
