This packet outlines the scope of your engagement, support policies, billing structure, and available post-launch services. Our goal is to ensure clear expectations from the very beginning so there are no surprises, only progress.
1. Scope of Your Website Project

When the remaining balance of the invoice is received by Bottleneck Distant Assistants, the following occurs:

Deployment Kit – will include your brand guidelines, login credentials for website and hosting provider along with an initial set of instructions on how to access your site, do some minor updates and how to delete our credentials (if you are not leveraging our Monthly Management Service).
Important: Additional services like branding, copywriting, e-commerce, CRM integration, or membership functionality are not included unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
2. What Happens After the Website Is Delivered
Once your website is designed, developed, tested, and delivered (aka the Deployment Kit), the project is considered complete. At that point, any additional work will fall under Post-Deployment Support, and is billed separately.
