Our founder, Jaime Jay, did not build this company in uniform, but the discipline underneath it came from somewhere. He served as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division. How it works
Three steps, and none of them are paperwork you do alone.
You do not have to prove anything to book a call. Verification happens once, during onboarding, and takes about two minutes.

Tell us where your week goes. We will tell you honestly whether a Delegation Department is worth it for you, and mention the program yourself or let us bring it up.
Verify once, with one document
During onboarding you send a copy of your DD-214, or your spouse's, to [email protected], or upload it through the secure form your delegation manager sends you. We confirm receipt within one business day and approve within three.
The rate applies, and stays
17.76% comes off your first invoice and every one after it. If you add a second assistant later, it comes off that too.
No DD-214, or your situation is not on the form? Gold Star families, caregivers, and first responders will not have one. Tell your delegation manager what you do have, a DD-1300, a VA caregiver letter, a department ID, and a human being will handle it. Nobody eligible gets turned away on a technicality.
Your DD-214 is treated with the same care as every other piece of information we protect through the B.O.S.S. Program. Verified once. Stored securely. Never shared.
