Implementation is the process of executing a plan or policy so that a concept becomes a reality. To implement a plan properly, managers should communicate clear goals and expectations, and supply team members with the resources needed to help the company achieve its vision, mission, and core values.

IMPLEMENT/’imple,ment/ – Put (a decision, plan, agreement, etc.) into effect.
Sara Blakely, the founder of Spanx, said it best. Every person in their life has had a million-dollar idea. The difference is whether or not you take action.

Get started now and figure it out along the way. You cannot be afraid of failure. Instead… embrace it and learn from it.

IMPACTING/imˈpakt/ –  have a strong effect on someone or something.
The act of making an impact is a big part of Bottleneck. In order for us to be taken seriously as a business, we MUST maintain a strong and consistent message that is known throughout the entire company and follow through with our promise.

MINDFUL /ˈmīn(d)fəl/ –  conscious or aware of something
Being mindful in business means being fully present and aware in every moment, consciously making decisions that align with your values and goals, and considering the impact of your actions on yourself, others, and the environment.

PROFESSIONALS – /prəˈfeSH(ə)n(ə)ls/ A person engaged or qualified in a profession.
We are committed to continuous learning and development, and strive to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in their respective fields. Ultimately, professionals in business play a crucial role in driving innovation, growth, and prosperity in the global economy.

LEADERSHIP – /ˈlēdərˌSHip/The action of leading a group of people or an organization.
Being a leader is being able to guide people through a challenge with a specific and designed system. While mistakes will be made, the system will be there as a guide to reference any needed course corrections.

EQUALITY  /əˈkwälədē/TThe state of being equal, especially in status, rights, and opportunities.
By promoting equality in business, organizations can foster a diverse and inclusive workforce that is better equipped to innovate, collaborate, and solve complex challenges.

MOTIVATION/ˌmōdəˈvāSH(ə)n/ – The reason or reasons one has for acting or behaving in a particular way.
Everyone is motivated. The question we have to ask ourselves is are you motivated in a positive manner? Without motivation, the simplest task may be hard to complete. Together, we will get you back on track.

EDUCATION/ ejəˈkāSH(ə)n/ – The process of receiving or giving systematic instruction.
To quote Confucius, “True wisdom is knowing what you don’t know.” Whether it is through books, online courses, or practicing the art of listening, we appreciate learning from our clients and sharing the wisdom we’ve been fortunate enough to gain over the past decade.

NURTURE/ˈnərCHər/ – care for and encourage the growth or development of
It starts with a mindset, and often one of the biggest obstacles to overcome in order to nurture our relationships is to intentionally seek a plan for opportunities to engage with our clients.

THOUGHTFULNESS/ˈTHôtfəlnəs/ –  consideration for the needs of other people
Thoughtfulness is the ability to empathize with others. We want to put ourselves in our client’s shoes and attempt to understand how they feel.
