AWIR with Jaime & Sara: Take Some Time for Yourself and Do Something Good for Others

Today, BNDA CEO Jaime Jay and COO Sara Knox talk about how you can have time for yourself while making other people’s lives better. This AWIR edition will definitely give you ideas on how to manage your time and life in your business. It will provide some tips on how to keep yourself on track.

Leverage Your Time Better

Jaime offers how Bottleneck can help you have reliable assistants to work for you so that you can enjoy your life and have a hassle-free business. Also, he emphasizes how BNDA will do their best to find the best people. These candidates will be matched to you and your business.

“If you want to find out how you can leverage your time better and be able to do the things that you want to do, that you deserve to do and enjoy life, have some fun, maybe even do some work that is going to help move the needle with regards to generating additional revenue, let us know. We will help you hire somebody that will work from a remote-based position that you can feel you can count on. One that you can have as an actual team member, a real live human being.” – Jaime Jay

Stop Overworking

Jaime reminds everyone to not overwork themselves. Additionally, he advises to stop focusing on the wrong things that take up your time.

“If you want something, work your ass off and get there and stop making excuses for yourself, stop doing the things that are getting in your own way stop, and stop doing all the freaking things that makes you feel like you’re so busy.” – Jaime Jay

Tip of the Day

Jaime wraps up the show by leaving a little yet helpful tip for those who feel stuck in whatever situation. He recommends to take a five-minute brain dump and write everything that is on your mind and get yourself a glass of water. He says that it helps a lot to think about what you’re doing and what you have to do in order to achieve your goals.

If you’re stuck and you just don’t know what to do, you threw your hands up like you just need a second. Just get a piece of paper and whatever’s in your brain, just write it down. If it’s a word, if it’s a sentence, just spend five minutes doing a brain dump.” – Jaime Jay

They discuss the challenges, but they also enjoy the successes.

About Jaime Jay

Meet Jaime Jay – a man who wears many hats, and wears them all admirably. He's a master connector, an entrepreneur extraordinaire, and a published author who knows how to get things done.

Before he found his way to the business world, Jaime served his country as a brave paratrooper in the U.S. Army. But that's just the beginning of his many accomplishments.

He's the founder of the renowned Bottleneck Distant Assistant Services firm, and his book "Quit Repeating Yourself" has become a must-read for entrepreneurs everywhere.

When he's not busy building his empire, you can find him on his beloved Harley Davidson, cruising through the countryside and taking in the invigorating effects of Uitwaaien – a Dutch practice that involves facing the wind to boost health and relieve stress.

He enjoys spending his free time outside building stuff with his wife, Nikita the dog and their two kittens (for now at least) Tommy and Tater.

He is ‘over-the-moon’ happily married to his wonderful wife Sara, his amazing daughter, Jessica, who is serving our country as a United States Army soldier. Jaime and Sara are the proud grand parents of two beautiful little girls.
