ISP, an acronym for Integrated Services Program, is a groundbreaking initiative exclusive to Bottleneck's category of Dedicated Distant Assistants. This innovative program encompasses a spectrum of specialized services, including Graphic Design, Audio & Video Editing, and WordPress Website Management.
Our journey with the Integrated Services Program began as a response to a prevalent misconception among our Clients – the expectation of finding a 'golden goose' assistant capable of handling every task imaginable. Realizing the impracticality of such expectations, we designed ISP to empower our Clients to embark on projects that go beyond the expertise of their Dedicated Distant Assistants (DDAs).
This category design theory revolutionizes the conventional approach to assistant hiring. ISP acknowledges the distinct capabilities of DDAs and strategically introduces specialized services to fill the gaps. It's about recognizing the unique strengths of each component in the assistant landscape and seamlessly integrating them to amplify overall efficiency.
As the demand for ISP surged post-launch, we introduced ISP Blocks of Hours. This innovative offering caters to both one-time and recurring ISP Projects, providing flexibility and adaptability in utilizing these specialized services. With ISP, we redefine the paradigm of assistant-client collaboration, emphasizing collaboration and specialization for unparalleled project success.

We Offer Flexible ISP Subscriptions Based On Your Needs!
Avail your free ISP Hours by working with a DDA
You will have 12 or 24 hours per month of ISP services available based on whether you have a part-time or a full-time Dedicated Distant Assistant.
OTHER FEATURES & LIMITATIONS

Free ISP of all type: audio & video editing, graphic design, wordpress website management.

Your DDA will act as your ISP Project Coordinator.

If you have exhausted your allotted ISP hours each month, you'll have to purchase additional ISP hours at $25/hr to complete the project in that same month.

If you do not use the total ISP hours for that month, you LOSE THE BALANCE OF THE HOURS ALLOTTED FOR THAT MONTH. The hours do not roll over to the next month.
Buy a Block of ISP Hours for a One-Time Project
This option is for you if you want to avail the ISP only without the need for a Dedicated Distant Assistant.

There is no expiration-date on your ISP hours. Use it anytime you want whether on a big project or just a simple edit as long as you don't exhaust all your remaining ISP hours.

You or your representative will act as a project coordinator to manage any projects related to these services.

Review and Sign a Memorandum of Understanding.
Subscribe to an ISP Subscription or Purchase Block of Hours.
Understand how to submit, monitor, and review tasks using our project management software.
Submit task with all the assets required.
Our ISP team will review and approve the task submitted. You might be asked to submit additional requirements.
You or your DDA will work with our ISP Project Manager making sure the task is being done correctly and promptly.
We will deliver the ISP output to you and we will be on standby for another task submission.
For ISP Subscription Clients
Your DDA will act as your project coordinator to manage any projects related to these services. They oversee each detail from beginning to end until everything is delivered to you.
