Can Our Bandwidth Handle Our Marketing Push with Jaime & Sara | Live with Bottleneck: A Week in Review

On today’s Live with Bottleneck: A Week In Review, Jaime and Sara talk about Bottleneck’s push on the marketing end, and how our team can handle the bandwidth that comes along with it.

Join Jaime and Sara live every Friday at 10 am CT for this special edition of Live with Bottleneck: A Week In Review as they talk about what they’ve learned in the previous week and different things they are going to implement moving forward with the hopes that you might pick something up along the way to improve your life, your relationships, and achieve your dreams.

Managing Bandwidths

With Bottleneck’s plans for growth, it has become more imperative to increase our marketing efforts. This is to make sure that we reach more business owners and entrepreneurs that might be having bottlenecks in their business. As such, the number of things that has to be done has increased.

So the question now is, can our team’s bandwidth still handle this increased load?

What we have done to keep tabs on this is that every meeting, we ask our team what their current bandwidth are on a range of one to ten. One being very light, and ten means they are swamped and need some assistance.

Ideally, you’d want your team to have around 7 on their bandwidth scale, at most. If they are at the range of 8-9, we would ask what is causing the spikes in their workload, and how we can help them. If multiple members of your team are hitting 9-!0 consistently, there might be a problem that needs to be addressed.

What Happened This Week?

As mentioned in the last A Week In Review, Jaime and Sara was on the road this past week. They met face-to-face with clients, and found how they had helped them take back their time from the grind. That in itself is a rewarding aspect of the trip.

Another good thing that came out of the trip was that clients were able to give us constructive criticisms and areas on where we can improve our service. We have learned quite a lot, and can’t wait to implement some of their suggestions in the months ahead.

They did try to go online for a special A Week In Review from Florida, but there were technical issues and they couldn’t make it work without being too scuffed, so they scrapped the idea. But maybe next time, it might be possible with more preparation.

What’s Coming Up?

Next week, Jaime is interviewing Scott Novis on teaching team building and communications through video games. That’s pretty exciting, and we are looking forward to that.

On the technical side of things, Jaime has finally got his PC sorted out, so hopefully there’d be no more Streamyard errors and whatnot during the livestreams going forward.

Jaime will also be on a podcast called the Chrysler Club, so look out for that episode in the near future!

About Jaime Jay

Meet Jaime Jay – a man who wears many hats, and wears them all admirably. He’s a master connector, an entrepreneur extraordinaire, and a published author who knows how to get things done.

Before he found his way to the business world, Jaime served his country as a brave paratrooper in the U.S. Army. But that’s just the beginning of his many accomplishments.

He’s the founder of the renowned Bottleneck Distant Assistant Services firm, and his book “Quit Repeating Yourself” has become a must-read for entrepreneurs everywhere.

When he’s not busy building his empire, you can find him on his beloved Harley Davidson, cruising through the countryside and taking in the invigorating effects of Uitwaaien – a Dutch practice that involves facing the wind to boost health and relieve stress. He enjoys spending his free time outside building stuff with his wife, Nikita the dog and their two kittens (for now at least) Tommy and Tater. He is ‘over-the-moon’ happily married to his wonderful wife Sara, his amazing daughter, Jessica, who is serving our country as a United States Army soldier. Jaime and Sara are the proud grand parents of two beautiful little girls.
