Conversion Equation: How To Generate All The Leads You Can Handle | Terri Levine

A lot of entrepreneurs struggled with their business when the pandemic happened. To be able to help, Dr. Terri Levine wrote a book titled Conversion Equation. Her passion for writing books and coaching entrepreneurs helped a lot of businesses to grow. Today on Live with Bottleneck, sit back, relax, and learn as Dr. Terri Levine shares tips on how to make your business successful and how to be grow as an entrepreneur.

Inspiration in Writing

Dr. Terri excitedly introduces herself as an avid writer, and she proudly brings up her 47th book: Conversion Equation. She says that she has written a lot of books over the last 20 years about business sales and marketing. Jaime then asks her where she find inspiration in writing, and she says that she believes writing a book is one way to reach masses of people to be able to help them build multi-million dollar businesses.

“I’m so myopic, I understand and invested so much in learning business sales and marketing, and then how to do it formulaically. So, it works, it’s proven, it’s systematized, it’s automated, and it’s done in a heartrepreneur way. I feel compelled to share that knowledge and books are the easiest way to reach masses of people.” – Dr. Terri Levine

Shiny Object Syndrome

Jaime asks Dr. Terri about the biggest challenge for those entrepreneurs that she helps. She mentions and explains about shiny object syndrome when entrepreneurs are often attracted to different kinds of methods of learning about the business that might actually lead them to the wrong direction. She also says that the thing that entrepreneurs lack these days is “focus.”

“You only need literally to work about two hours a day to do anywhere from three hundred thousand to three million, and I mean that you just have to spend your time doing the right things and stop doing all the wrong things.” – Dr. Terri Levine

Listening to People

Dr. Terri shares the impact of listening to what people say. She says that instead of guessing what the target audience wants, you should survey on your past, prospective, and current clients about what kind of help they really need. Additionally, she says that she often observes and listens to a lot of people, look to what they are talking about, and from there, she sees the problem and solves it.

“It’s actually pretty simple, so become a good listener, listen for problems and then find out by asking the survey question what result they want.” – Dr. Terri Levine

About Jaime Jay

Meet Jaime Jay – a man who wears many hats, and wears them all admirably. He's a master connector, an entrepreneur extraordinaire, and a published author who knows how to get things done.

Before he found his way to the business world, Jaime served his country as a brave paratrooper in the U.S. Army. But that's just the beginning of his many accomplishments.

He's the founder of the renowned Bottleneck Distant Assistant Services firm, and his book "Quit Repeating Yourself" has become a must-read for entrepreneurs everywhere.

When he's not busy building his empire, you can find him on his beloved Harley Davidson, cruising through the countryside and taking in the invigorating effects of Uitwaaien – a Dutch practice that involves facing the wind to boost health and relieve stress.

He enjoys spending his free time outside building stuff with his wife, Nikita the dog and their two kittens (for now at least) Tommy and Tater.

He is ‘over-the-moon’ happily married to his wonderful wife Sara, his amazing daughter, Jessica, who is serving our country as a United States Army soldier. Jaime and Sara are the proud grand parents of two beautiful little girls.
