Giving Back with Jaime and Sara | Live with Bottleneck: A Week in Review

On today’s Live with Bottleneck: A Week In Review, Jaime and Sara talk about giving back. Which is to say, to give back to others the blessing you received, especially those whom have supported you, as well as the community around you.

Join Jaime and Sara live every Friday at 10 am CT for this special edition of Live with Bottleneck: A Week In Review as they talk about what they’ve learned in the previous week and different things they are going to implement moving forward with the hopes that you might pick something up along the way to improve your life, your relationships, and achieve your dreams.

Giving Back

Jaime and Sara recall times when they did not have much, and think that when you have the ability to help someone in need, you do so.

“One of the big reasons why Bottleneck is in existence is to give back. And lately, we think that we have been giving back in a big way. It’s awesome to be in that position to be able to give back.”

One of the ways Jaime and Sara have found to help the community is by hosting the Bottleneck Hockey Classic, which is a fundraiser to help a great cause. To know more about it, check out this Bottleneck Hockey Classic trailer that we’ve made for you.

What Happened This Week?

Jaime and Sara learned that it is difficult to get things done within government, mainly because of all the red tape. But it was better to get it out of the way than to worry about it later.

Aside from this, Bottleneck is also currently working on its new CRM and the ensuing migration, so it is all hands on deck for all those concerned on that regard.

Other projects that are chugging along are the Bottleneck Academy for training new and aspiring DAs, as well as our upcoming security program that we will be rolling out soon. We are beefing up our defenses as we continue to grow, so that our client’s data is always protected.

What’s Coming Up?

It’s tax season! So for Sara, it’s more hitting the books and organizing before submitting to the CPA. She also has to meet with people regarding opening bank accounts. And then, there’s payroll. Payroll never ends.

Speaking of payroll, they are testing out other payment methods to see if transfer rates are better and faster, so our DAs can get their pay easier in the future. So far, they are testing it on the internal team first, and making fine adjustments before rolling it out en masse.

For Jaime, he’s following up on the meeting he had with the director of a large university, as they have partnered up with the university to source fresh talents, as well as provide career options for remote-based work. He will be presenting to not only the directors, but to the students of the university as well. So fingers crossed, and Godspeed with that.

About Jaime Jay

Meet Jaime Jay – a man who wears many hats, and wears them all admirably. He's a master connector, an entrepreneur extraordinaire, and a published author who knows how to get things done.

Before he found his way to the business world, Jaime served his country as a brave paratrooper in the U.S. Army. But that's just the beginning of his many accomplishments.

He's the founder of the renowned Bottleneck Distant Assistant Services firm, and his book "Quit Repeating Yourself" has become a must-read for entrepreneurs everywhere.

When he's not busy building his empire, you can find him on his beloved Harley Davidson, cruising through the countryside and taking in the invigorating effects of Uitwaaien – a Dutch practice that involves facing the wind to boost health and relieve stress.

He enjoys spending his free time outside building stuff with his wife, Nikita the dog and their two kittens (for now at least) Tommy and Tater.

He is ‘over-the-moon’ happily married to his wonderful wife Sara, his amazing daughter, Jessica, who is serving our country as a United States Army soldier. Jaime and Sara are the proud grand parents of two beautiful little girls.
