Who is Jill Schiefelbein?
Jill’s whole professional life has been about communication. Specifically, it has been about the intersection of communication, education, and technology.
In the past years, technology and Artificial Intelligence, particularly Machine Learning has grown leaps and bounds. More recently, the world of how important video to us has also grown, given the recent world events and happenstance.
While businesses might scoff at the idea of having remote and video meetings before, it has now become the new normal in which companies conduct their business.
From a “Nice to Have” to “A Must”
So now that everyone has adopted to the technology and use it on a day-to-day basis, Jill explains that it has turned technology like video meetings from something that is “nice to have” or something convenient, into something that one must use all the time.
So why is it important to improve upon such technologies for your business? Jill says that having well-made and professional video content can help market your business to clients.
“I started to look for ways that could be more efficient and effective in producing good quality video. Not this like “hey guys what’s up I’m doing this, I’m doing that”.
For certain businesses that’s okay. But when you’re talking about a business to business sales, when you’re talking about six figure to eight figures contracts, “hey what’s up” videos aren’t cutting it.” – Jill Schiefelbein
Personalization is Key
Jill shares that one of the ways you can personalize and make your videos seem more sincere than the typical “hey guys” video.
“Personalization is the number factor in customer experience success, customer loyalty and longevity, and even return customers.
Video content is one of the top ways to get it, but it takes a darn long time to produce good video content.” – Jill Schiefelbein
According to Jill, it takes a lot of trials and testing to see what works and what doesn’t before you get something great consistently. But people can use technology as tools, to make the process more efficient.

Meet Jaime Jay – a man who wears many hats, and wears them all admirably. He’s a master connector, an entrepreneur extraordinaire, and a published author who knows how to get things done.
Before he found his way to the business world, Jaime served his country as a brave paratrooper in the U.S. Army. But that’s just the beginning of his many accomplishments.
He’s the founder of the renowned Bottleneck Distant Assistant Services firm, and his book “Quit Repeating Yourself” has become a must-read for entrepreneurs everywhere.
When he’s not busy building his empire, you can find him on his beloved Harley Davidson, cruising through the countryside and taking in the invigorating effects of Uitwaaien – a Dutch practice that involves facing the wind to boost health and relieve stress. He enjoys spending his free time outside building stuff with his wife, Nikita the dog and their two kittens (for now at least) Tommy and Tater. He is ‘over-the-moon’ happily married to his wonderful wife Sara, his amazing daughter, Jessica, who is serving our country as a United States Army soldier.
