On this episode of Live with Bottleneck, our guest Sara Sabin talks about leadership as an entrepreneur, and how to use it to level up in your business. Sara and Jaime talk about the transformation of the self and how it would make one a better leader, and leveraging that to grow your business.
Sara Sabin is a transformational coach who helps individuals and businesses. She is accredited with the International Coaching Federation in Transformational Coaching. Sara is also trained in Neuroscience for Professional Development, and she is accredited with the British Psychological Society.

Who is Sara Sabin?
Sara Sabin loves working with people, leaders in particular. Those leaders who have a grand vision and want to make a global impact via their company are who she helps.
Sara assists them in developing “future intelligence” and creative problem-solving abilities. These skills allow them to identify future trends and use their emotional intelligence to figure out the needs and desires of their employees and customers.
She has a law degree, and trained in tax accounting. But she felt like taking neither path, prompting her coaching business after founding two startups.
Now, she is a transformational coach who has helped several individuals and businesses. She has also written a book called Cracking The Rich Code.
Taking On A Leadership Role
Sara says that it’s hard to be really open to transformation. However, if one doesn’t resist being open, things will fall into place.
“Things just click if you clear the space to allow it to happen. Transformational coaching accelerated the process of transformation within myself.” – Sara Sabin
Self-leadership will also kick off the process of being a leader to others. Having the right mindset, the vision, and an internal structure, coupled with the practical and tangible steps of transforming into a leader helps a person grow.
Transforming Into A Better You
“Quitting is a gray area. Sometimes it’s good to quit if one sees that the path they’re taking is pointless. You should either go big or go home.” – Sara Sabin
But quitting at every single hardship is something she does not recommend. A person who wants to be a successful leader and entrepreneur should not allow hardships to hinder them.
“You just need the commitment and the resilience and the right support to see it through,” – Sara Sabin
Quitting is a form of short-term sacrifice to achieve one’s long-term goals. Sara says that people are trained to go after short-term gratification, but she also mentions that if one can create a life in a business they love doing, a short-term sacrifice isn’t the way to go.
Sara’s focus as a transformational coach is to talk about missteps in meetings with her clients. She allows them to feel vulnerable so she knows what support to provide.
Sara and her team assures their clients that they can increase their revenue to 10x. Leading up to that, they push for greater levels of happiness and fulfillment for their clients.
