Let’s Get Started 2022 with Jaime and Sara | Live with Bottleneck: A Week In Review

In today’s Live with Bottleneck: A Week In Review, Jaime and Sara welcomes the 2022 with us, as they discuss their plans for 2022 for themselves, as well as Bottleneck Distant Assistants.

Join Jaime and Sara live every Friday at 10 am CT for this special edition of Live with Bottleneck: A Week In Review as they talk about what they’ve learned in the previous week and different things they are going to implement moving forward with the hopes that you might pick something up along the way to improve your life, your relationships, and achieve your dreams.

Welcome to 2022!

Jaime and Sara start things off on their first A Week In Review in 2022 by talking about what they plan to do and implement this coming year.

Unfortunately, Sara was having issues with Quickbooks, and was actually on a live chat with the agent at the time of recording. So she had to step out for a bit and have Jaime take over the broadcast.

What Happened This Week?

Flying solo, Jaime discusses what had happened in the past week, which mostly deals with their plans to increase capital and expand the company into a bigger team and family than before. He says that it is going smoothly and is almost at the finish line, but any advice or suggestions are very much welcome.

On the other side of things, the start of the year was met with a lot of people getting sick. It can be quite challenging when key people in the team are not available due to emergencies and sickness, as it can hinder progress and communications.

This is where a good workflow comes into play, as other people in the team can cover for those who are not available at the moment, and we do not miss a beat.

Still, we hope that everyone feels better soon.

What’s Coming Up?

With these challenges, comes the chance to rise and be blessed. Despite the lack in manpower due to people being sick, we have found new people and a way to expand to other teams. We are just blessed that we have a foundation in place, so training new blood as we grow is not something we are constantly worried about.

Another topic that Jaime brings up is that they are planning to revamp the Bottleneck website for this year, as well as develop something new. So watch out for these things in our social media and our weekly updates in the upcoming future!

To hear more from Jaime on their plans to start 2022 with a bang, stay tuned to this episode.

About Jaime Jay

Meet Jaime Jay – a man who wears many hats, and wears them all admirably. He's a master connector, an entrepreneur extraordinaire, and a published author who knows how to get things done.

Before he found his way to the business world, Jaime served his country as a brave paratrooper in the U.S. Army. But that's just the beginning of his many accomplishments.

He's the founder of the renowned Bottleneck Distant Assistant Services firm, and his book "Quit Repeating Yourself" has become a must-read for entrepreneurs everywhere.

When he's not busy building his empire, you can find him on his beloved Harley Davidson, cruising through the countryside and taking in the invigorating effects of Uitwaaien – a Dutch practice that involves facing the wind to boost health and relieve stress.

He enjoys spending his free time outside building stuff with his wife, Nikita the dog and their two kittens (for now at least) Tommy and Tater.

He is ‘over-the-moon’ happily married to his wonderful wife Sara, his amazing daughter, Jessica, who is serving our country as a United States Army soldier. Jaime and Sara are the proud grand parents of two beautiful little girls.
