Increasing Efficiency through Workflows
Glenda shares her experience on the first weeks of working with the Bottleneck Team. She describes how easy it was to feel at ease with her work. The Office Culture certainly plays a part in this, but there was something else that she was pleasantly surprised about.
According to Glenda, having well-documented workflows and processes helped her learn about her job role and other related tasks faster than she expected. Having details recorded and possible situations mapped out certainly helps when you are dealing with a diverse clientele. When they find and finish vetting a candidate, they set up a meeting to see if said client approves of the candidate.
As for not training them, Glenda stresses that training is an important part of making the whole process work. Even seasoned assistants can’t help you if they haven’t been trained on your workflows. Also, if they don’t have time to get used to a client’s mannerisms and tone, your customers can easily tell the difference.
