Stick-to-itiveness | A Week in Review with Jaime and Sara

Have you ever had challenges in your company that seemed impossible, but you stuck to it in the end?

In today’s A Week In Review, Jaime and Sara talk about past challenges that they have encountered. They also talk about sticking to it and pushing yourself to not quit on your goals.

Sticking to It

Jaime talks about his challenges over the week, particularly with writing the draft for his book. He says that he couldn’t find the right words to convey the ideas that he wanted.

Though rather than setting it aside for another day, he just stuck to it. He kept on it until ideas started coming out like floodgates.

“It got really hard. I couldn’t think about anything. I just sat down but nothing came out. So I just stuck to it until finally, all of a sudden it just went and flowed.

You know you’re going to come across stuff that’s not going to be easy. But knowing that if you push through with it, you can get to the other side.” – Jaime Jay

Being Consistent

Sara talks about the challenges she’s encountered with the business, particularly on how to be consistent across the board.

She understands that each client may have a special requirement or condition. The challenge is striking a balance on accommodating such requests while not messing up the systems and processes that already exists in the company.

Jaime shares that for such situations, it’s important to have a process that can deal with these unique circumstances. It doesn’t have to be super specific, but at the very least you’ll know how to respond to unknown variables that might pop up unexpectedly.

“Here’s the number one thing: don’t run from your problems. Face them head-on. If you’re afraid to deal with something because of a negative energy or something out there, it’s only going to eat away at you. So deal with it head-on, and don’t be afraid to not necessarily to confront the situation, but to be there and address things in a positive manner.” – Jaime Jay

HIPAA Compliancy

On Bottleneck updates, Bottleneck Medical is now fully HIPAA compliant. After a grueling 20 weeks of processing and checking if everything checks out, it’s finally fully certified.

One of the particular challenges of getting the certification was the fact that unlike traditional businesses, Bottleneck Medical is completely remote-based. With this comes additional security checks and guidelines that must be followed by every Medical DA.

So for medical professionals who are wondering if Bottleneck Medical is HIPAA compliant, you can rest assured that your data is safe at all times.

About Jaime Jay

Meet Jaime Jay – a man who wears many hats, and wears them all admirably. He’s a master connector, an entrepreneur extraordinaire, and a published author who knows how to get things done.

Before he found his way to the business world, Jaime served his country as a brave paratrooper in the U.S. Army. But that’s just the beginning of his many accomplishments.

He’s the founder of the renowned Bottleneck Distant Assistant Services firm, and his book “Quit Repeating Yourself” has become a must-read for entrepreneurs everywhere.

When he’s not busy building his empire, you can find him on his beloved Harley Davidson, cruising through the countryside and taking in the invigorating effects of Uitwaaien – a Dutch practice that involves facing the wind to boost health and relieve stress. He enjoys spending his free time outside building stuff with his wife, Nikita the dog and their two kittens (for now at least) Tommy and Tater. He is ‘over-the-moon’ happily married to his wonderful wife Sara, his amazing daughter, Jessica, who is serving our country as a United States Army soldier. Jaime and Sara are the proud grand parents of two beautiful little girls.
