The First Bottleneck Distant Assistants Year-End Party 2019
Bottleneck Distant Assistants ended the year 2019 with a bang as we hosted the very first Year-End Virtual Party last December 22.
CEO and Managing Director Jaime Jay, alongside with Operations Director Sara Knox and Bottleneck Medical Distant Services Partner Dr. David Laurino, spearheaded the costume party.

The team utilized Zoom Web Conferencing App, which is an “easy, reliable, and innovative video-first unified communications platform which provides video meetings, voice, webinars, and chat across desktops, phones, mobile devices, and conference room systems.”
Both internal and external DAs came in prepared with their costumes, representing famous celebrities or important personalities.
The team dressed up creatively, ranging from Freddie Mercury, Boxer Manny Pacquiao, Wrestler Macho Man. Another DA even dressed up as Jaime Jay, BNDA CEO and host of Culture Eats Strategy podcast.

Other team members came in with Santa inspired outfits. One artsy and resourceful DA came in with a drawing of Baymax in her face. It was an ecstatic night and morning for everyone, which was spent with laughter and fun activities.
Activities included were Pinoy Henyo (translation: Filipino Genius) or Guessing Game, Karaoke Challenge ala The Voice and Best in Costume. The team members also organized a Secret Santa and a simultaneous unboxing of gifts also transpired.
This is the first but is definitely not the last virtual event for the team members. BNDA places a high value on company culture. This event is one of the means to highlight the quality and culture of BNDA Filipino DAs.
