Who is Steve Cesari?
Steve is someone who believes in work-life balance. Despite taking on several professions such as being a writer, inspirational speaker, and businessman, among others, he maintains a great relationship with his wife Indy. They have been together for 41 years, and they have four adult children and six grandchildren. He also has several sports that he engages in with his wife.
The five Fs to reaching fulfillment is his way of balancing his life, and he imparts this knowledge to everyone who may need it. He believes that if someone can balance their life well, they can be more effective.
Navigating Through Mistakes
Steve shares that one of the keys to avoiding making the same mistakes is to admit that you don’t know how to do something. Our tendency to keep putting off things that we cannot do or understand can take a toll on our effectivity and efficiency, and our host Jamie and our guest Steve agrees that there are people out there who would love to do the things we’ve been putting off and that they can do it a lot better than we do. Delegating these low payback activities to virtual assistants allow us to focus on high payback activities, according to Steve.
“It allows me to focus on again what I call my high payback activities and define a high payback activity as the three to five things you do on a day in and day out basis that create the results that you get compensated for or move you closer to the vision or mission of your company or organization.” – Steve Cesari
Steve says that we go into our place of work with an agenda, but getting roped into everyone else’s problem creates a bottleneck. Navigating through these managing mistakes can help us eliminate the bottleneck and focus on tasks that need our focus.
The Five Fs to Fulfillment and Why It Is Important
Steve believes that it’s hard to maintain balance in our life. Thus, he created the 5F model to become a guide for everyone who needs it, to help us hold on to several important aspects of our life. He shares that the five Fs are the things that money cannot buy, and maintaining balance among these will help us reach fulfillment. Making sure that there is a balance among these five Fs may sound hard, but Steve guides us through the ins and outs of the 5F model so that we may have an understanding of how we can navigate through these life aspects and have that fulfillment, no matter what form it may take.

Meet Jaime Jay – a man who wears many hats, and wears them all admirably. He’s a master connector, an entrepreneur extraordinaire, and a published author who knows how to get things done.
Before he found his way to the business world, Jaime served his country as a brave paratrooper in the U.S. Army. But that’s just the beginning of his many accomplishments.
He’s the founder of the renowned Bottleneck Distant Assistant Services firm, and his book “Quit Repeating Yourself” has become a must-read for entrepreneurs everywhere.
When he’s not busy building his empire, you can find him on his beloved Harley Davidson, cruising through the countryside and taking in the invigorating effects of Uitwaaien – a Dutch practice that involves facing the wind to boost health and relieve stress. He enjoys spending his free time outside building stuff with his wife, Nikita the dog and their two kittens (for now at least) Tommy and Tater. He is ‘over-the-moon’ happily married to his wonderful wife Sara, his amazing daughter, Jessica, who is serving our country as a United States Army soldier.
