Getting Ready for the Holidays
Jaime starts the conversation explaining that Bottleneck goes on break for two weeks during the holidays, and begins anew on the new year. So everybody is busy cramming work that are still on their plates so they can have a relaxing holidays with their loved ones.
Jaime and Sara also have a special shoutout to the team, for pushing through despite having problems with the recent heavy typhoons and limited connectivity in some areas. Our hearts are with our team, and we hope that they are doing well.
What Happened This Week?
Sara talks about her issues with payroll, particularly with the upcoming holidays looming. So every bit of delay or miscommunication could be detrimental to getting everything set before everyone goes on break.
Speaking of payroll, Jaime also thanks the clients for showing their gratitude towards their DAs by giving them Christmas bonuses. He assures them that the full amount of the bonus goes directly to the corresponding DA. These tokens of appreciation, especially during these trying times, help our DAs feel more blessed and happier to be working with such wonderful clients.
What’s Coming Up?
Jaime is excited to talk about next week, as it is the Bottleneck team’s Christmas Party!
Other than that, Jaime shares that he is planning to change his passwords for most of his online accounts over the break. While that is quite a daunting task, he feels confident that he can do so, as he uses LastPass.com. It helps keep track of all his online account and their passwords, so everything stays secure.
