Who is Milena Regos?

Milena is an international speaker, a Work Wellbeing Thought leader, a lifestyle designer, and an award-winning marketer. She is also a writer, entrepreneur, and a mother. She is doing a lot on top of being a mother, which makes hustling natural to her.

As a presenter at the World Economic Forum at Davos, Wisdom 2.0, and Women in Data, she has shared the stage with business luminaries and world leaders. Together, they are trying to activate change on a global scale.

She lives at the crossroads of where humanity, high-flow living, and high performance all meet, and Milena’s doing great at handling everything. She has been featured on CNN Business, NPR, Thrive Global, and Authority Magazines. Milena has also guested on too many podcasts, sharing her knowledge and wisdom with the world.

What is Unhustling?

Milena started out chasing the dream. She was born in Bulgaria, and she came to America to pursue success. She did a lot, from doing marketing to going into media. Since she was working 18 hours a day, she started to feel burnt out.

She was sleeping four hours a day, with her phone beside her. During her waking hours, she was dividing her attention among three different screens. Her clients were from around the world, and she needed to cater to their time zones. She was hustling so much, it didn’t feel like a dream anymore.

“I was happy with all the success, but my health was suffering. I was drinking too much to manage my stress. It’s never-ending.” – Milena Regos

Milena says that after you feel that initial burn-out, you have to take a step back and reconsider the time you’re spending at work. You need time to rest, have a rest aesthetic. You also need time with your thoughts, to regain your creativity.

If you’re the type to work non-stop, Milena encourages you to take a break. Humans need to sleep, it’s part of the hierarchy of needs. If you’re not sleeping, all your other needs will be compromised. Being a workaholic is no longer cool. Sometimes you just need a breather and unhustle.

Nobody gets rich on a 9-5 you don’t love, and compromising your other human needs might just make you unlove what you’re doing.

About Jaime Jay

Meet Jaime Jay – a man who wears many hats, and wears them all admirably. He’s a master connector, an entrepreneur extraordinaire, and a published author who knows how to get things done.

Before he found his way to the business world, Jaime served his country as a brave paratrooper in the U.S. Army. But that’s just the beginning of his many accomplishments.

He’s the founder of the renowned Bottleneck Distant Assistant Services firm, and his book “Quit Repeating Yourself” has become a must-read for entrepreneurs everywhere.

When he’s not busy building his empire, you can find him on his beloved Harley Davidson, cruising through the countryside and taking in the invigorating effects of Uitwaaien – a Dutch practice that involves facing the wind to boost health and relieve stress. He enjoys spending his free time outside building stuff with his wife, Nikita the dog and their two kittens (for now at least) Tommy and Tater. He is ‘over-the-moon’ happily married to his wonderful wife Sara, his amazing daughter, Jessica, who is serving our country as a United States Army soldier. Jaime and Sara are the proud grand parents of two beautiful little girls.
