Who is Chuck Cooper?
Chuck Cooper was raised in a family-owned business in Illinois. During that time, he learned a lot about operating companies and what it was like to deal with customers.
While they have already sold the business a while back, Chuck has thrived over the past 25 years with the experience of being involved in management with several different companies in different industries.

WhiteWater Consulting
Chuck shares that after they sold their family business, he wanted to start his own company. He wanted to be able to continue serving and working with his heroes, which are small and mid-sized business owners. This eventually led to the start of WhiteWater Consulting.
“WhiteWater consulting specialize in working with companies that have anywhere from 10 to 15 employees up to as large as about 500 employees. We offer a plethora of consulting services, specifically around HR Outsourcing.” – Chuck Cooper
What is HR Outsourcing?
Chuck defines HR outsourcing as almost a second business within your business. If you’re an entrepreneur that is just starting up, chances are that you don’t need a team yet. You can pretty much handle operations on your own.
But as you grow and expand the business, you need to hire people to do specific things for you, so you can focus on growing the business even further. Now, you’re not only an entrepreneur, you are also an employer.
Most employers are not passionate about the workings of HR. This is where HR outsourcing comes in. It allows small companies to have almost a whole team dedicated for HR resources, without having to worry about too much details. It allows you to still have resources and grow your business, while having someone managing and taking care of your employees.

Over the past 25 years, Chuck Cooper has been involved at the ownership level with a number of companies across several different industries. But of all his work-related accomplishments, one stands above the rest. Chuck loves partnering with companies to develop their HR strategies. For him, the greatest reward is seeing clients achieve greater levels of success.
Chuck’s passion for helping to create better companies led him to found WhiteWater Consulting in March of 2019. WhiteWater Consulting defines and designs custom HR solutions that allow companies to create a positive culture, manage their expenses, and maximize their revenues. Specifically, Chuck helps his clients take care of their people through recruiting and talent management, payroll and compliance, compensation management, group health programs, corporate wellness and financial wellness plans, and much more.
To Chuck, faith and family are everything. When he isn’t working with companies to develop their HR strategies, he enjoys spending time with his grandkids, reading, photography, and college football. He has been richly blessed and happily married to Debbie, his wife of 35 years, and has three children and soon to be eight grandkids.
