The people that you love, the people that you care for, the people that you’ve been entrusted within your career — what difference have you made to their lives? That’s the question we need to ask ourselves and find as a kind of the pathway for the journey that we all embrace.” – John Murphy

John’s BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal, as Jim Collins called it!) for his clients is to help them make a life and not just a living. This goal was prompted by significant personal events in John’s life that shifted his life philosophy.

Before starting his own business, John enjoyed a highly successful career in the corporate world. He began as a door-to-door life assurance salesman and culminated as the CEO of a Pan European Life Assurance Company in Ireland.
