Who is Kelli Reese?

Kelli Reese works with women in management and in general. She provides them with tools that they could use to become the soulful and unapologetic leaders that they are meant to be. Kelli has been dedicated to helping women reclaim their lives and their space, and to find meaning and purpose in leadership, business, and in life.

In 2015, Kelli walked away from a job where she was working for 17 years. She has since then combined years of experience in business and leadership with decades of growth and development. Kelli has turned this into a career where she helps women transform their life, careers, and relationships.

She has been coaching women since she left her corporate job, and has transformed more lives than she has ever imagined.

What to know before leaving your current position

Kelli explains that there are people who are in limbo. They are not sure what they want to do, they want to do something else, etc. She says that it’s their intuition telling them that there is something else they could be doing.

However, Kelli also says that not everyone can leave, because they might not have the means or the opportunity to just walk away from their job. The security factor is a major one, and not everyone is privileged to be secure.

Leaving a Toxic Workplace

Kelli says that if you are working in a toxic environment, you have to speak up. Holding in your feelings might lead to emotional damage, and that’s something that isn’t easy to cure. Gather your courage to speak up about the culture that you’re experiencing, and it just might make a change.

Another thing Kelli suggests is to shift your perspective. Look at what you have and what is possible for your future. It might not sound so secure, but when you have already left, you will realize the impact of the decision you’ve made and how far you’ve gone since you left. It takes a lot of healing to take a negative and turn it into a positive, but it’s not so impossible.

About Jaime Jay

Meet Jaime Jay – a man who wears many hats, and wears them all admirably. He's a master connector, an entrepreneur extraordinaire, and a published author who knows how to get things done.

Before he found his way to the business world, Jaime served his country as a brave paratrooper in the U.S. Army. But that's just the beginning of his many accomplishments.

He's the founder of the renowned Bottleneck Distant Assistant Services firm, and his book "Quit Repeating Yourself" has become a must-read for entrepreneurs everywhere.

When he's not busy building his empire, you can find him on his beloved Harley Davidson, cruising through the countryside and taking in the invigorating effects of Uitwaaien – a Dutch practice that involves facing the wind to boost health and relieve stress.

He enjoys spending his free time outside building stuff with his wife, Nikita the dog and their two kittens (for now at least) Tommy and Tater.

He is ‘over-the-moon’ happily married to his wonderful wife Sara, his amazing daughter, Jessica, who is serving our country as a United States Army soldier. Jaime and Sara are the proud grand parents of two beautiful little girls.
