Positive Culture Wins in Business and Life | Gary Wilbers 036

Gary has been a successful entrepreneur his entire life. He helps individuals and organizations achieve their prime through coaching, training and speaking.

He is also the author of three books Positive Culture Wins, 21 Ways to Attract, Retain & Engage Millennials and The High Achiever Leadership Formula.

All about Relationships

Gary believes that culture is about relationships. It is manifested in everything that we do, including those little things. Some call it customer service.

“Business and life go together.” – Gary Wilbers

He dives into this further in his book Positive Culture Wins and poses the question “What are you missing?” He shares that people sometimes leave other things behind in the pursuit of success.

They think that they are achieving success, but little did they know that it is hurting their family. It is hurting their relationships. The good news is they don’t have to let go of their business in order to restore balance and happiness in their personal lives.

Achieve Life Balance

One’s personal life is often taken for granted in the corporate world. Change starts by changing perspective.

“Positive culture really has to start with that mindset. What are we willing to change and are we willing to break that paradigm?” – Gary Wilbers

The daily activities keep people from seeing the other vision. It makes them accept things simply as a part of life. The challenge is for them to succeed without having to give up everything they cherish.

About Jaime Jay

Meet Jaime Jay – a man who wears many hats, and wears them all admirably. He's a master connector, an entrepreneur extraordinaire, and a published author who knows how to get things done.

Before he found his way to the business world, Jaime served his country as a brave paratrooper in the U.S. Army. But that's just the beginning of his many accomplishments.

He's the founder of the renowned Bottleneck Distant Assistant Services firm, and his book "Quit Repeating Yourself" has become a must-read for entrepreneurs everywhere.

When he's not busy building his empire, you can find him on his beloved Harley Davidson, cruising through the countryside and taking in the invigorating effects of Uitwaaien – a Dutch practice that involves facing the wind to boost health and relieve stress.

He enjoys spending his free time outside building stuff with his wife, Nikita the dog and their two kittens (for now at least) Tommy and Tater.

He is ‘over-the-moon’ happily married to his wonderful wife Sara, his amazing daughter, Jessica, who is serving our country as a United States Army soldier. Jaime and Sara are the proud grand parents of two beautiful little girls.
