Importance of Company Culture | Dr. Adam Arnold 001
Culture is more than what people think of it as. It requires you to have a clear sense of direction for your business. Today, we’re going to dive into that with Dr. Adam Arnold.
“Besides having your vision, it’s also important to understand what your culture is. It will help you understand other people and how to best communicate with them.” – Dr. Adam Arnold
Marketing for Healthcare Practitioners
I met Dr. Adam at a mastermind group. He’s been doing amazing things with social media marketing for healthcare practitioners.
A former chiropractor, he fully understands what it is like to manage and market a private practice. He started by marketing his healthcare business through Facebook Advertising, the first campaign generated 1200 leads.
He works with different industries but healthcare is where his passion is. Now, he has a small global team that does copywriting, design, and social media marketing.
More Leads, More Needs
Doing something a little bit different was scary. But for Dr. Adam, he had another business that he could run to in case his marketing company failed. When it worked, he learned right away that they weren’t large enough to handle the volume of leads.
“Right away, we went from having a couple of practitioners to needing a dozen practitioners to handle all the leads we were generating.” – Dr. Adam Arnold
How many leads, you may ask? He handled sales calls himself for up to 14 hours a day.
Stress in the Workplace
The amount of stress is unimaginable with such a huge success. He shares that to manage the stress, you need to take a step back. Look at the business as a whole and ask yourself about what you want for it to achieve.
“I didn’t want to be on the phone 14 hours a day, so I had to start to look for people that could handle the phone calls for me and reevaluate how the business works.” – Dr. Adam Arnold
They changed their business structure for practitioners. Instead of making the phone calls themselves, they handed over the leads to their clients. It was a win-win strategy for both parties.

About Jaime Jay
Meet Jaime Jay – a man who wears many hats, and wears them all admirably. He's a master connector, an entrepreneur extraordinaire, and a published author who knows how to get things done.
Before he found his way to the business world, Jaime served his country as a brave paratrooper in the U.S. Army. But that's just the beginning of his many accomplishments.
He's the founder of the renowned Bottleneck Distant Assistant Services firm, and his book "Quit Repeating Yourself" has become a must-read for entrepreneurs everywhere.
When he's not busy building his empire, you can find him on his beloved Harley Davidson, cruising through the countryside and taking in the invigorating effects of Uitwaaien – a Dutch practice that involves facing the wind to boost health and relieve stress.
He enjoys spending his free time outside building stuff with his wife, Nikita the dog and their two kittens (for now at least) Tommy and Tater.
He is ‘over-the-moon’ happily married to his wonderful wife Sara, his amazing daughter, Jessica, who is serving our country as a United States Army soldier. Jaime and Sara are the proud grand parents of two beautiful little girls.
