172 Naphtali Hoff Impactful Coaching and Consulting
Naphtali Hoff
Naphtali Hoff, PsyD, is an accomplished executive coach, organizational consultant, and sought after trainer and lecturer. His personal experience in the leadership field allows him to understand leaders’ needs and craft solutions to help them optimize their performance and success.
“It’s important to create a sense of connection…with your buyer and the seller behind the product.” – Naphtali Hoff
From Teacher to Entrepreneur
Naphtali is unlike any other entrepreneur. For 15 years, he served as a class instructor. He also became a part-time school administrator.
He loved engaging with teachers and students. To impact them more significantly, he combined his passion in leadership and teaching. That led him to the success he has now.
Experience in Transition
Going out of the traditional 9 to 5 setting was not quite easy. It required Naphtali to go out of his boundaries and learn more.
“There has to be value in what you have to offer.” – Naphtali Hoff
When he started his journey, he needed to learn more about branding and marketing. Finding the right balance was key to enable him to serve in the best possible way.
Creating Value for Customers
According to Naphtali, service is inseparable from sales. They go hand-in-hand.
“You have to distinguish yourself from…similar providers as better or different.” – Naphtali Hoff
Making a sale means people find value in your service. But how do you make value? That is the challenge which entrepreneurs face.

About Jaime Jay
Meet Jaime Jay – a man who wears many hats, and wears them all admirably. He's a master connector, an entrepreneur extraordinaire, and a published author who knows how to get things done.
Before he found his way to the business world, Jaime served his country as a brave paratrooper in the U.S. Army. But that's just the beginning of his many accomplishments.
He's the founder of the renowned Bottleneck Distant Assistant Services firm, and his book "Quit Repeating Yourself" has become a must-read for entrepreneurs everywhere.
When he's not busy building his empire, you can find him on his beloved Harley Davidson, cruising through the countryside and taking in the invigorating effects of Uitwaaien – a Dutch practice that involves facing the wind to boost health and relieve stress.
He enjoys spending his free time outside building stuff with his wife, Nikita the dog and their two kittens (for now at least) Tommy and Tater.
He is ‘over-the-moon’ happily married to his wonderful wife Sara, his amazing daughter, Jessica, who is serving our country as a United States Army soldier. Jaime and Sara are the proud grand parents of two beautiful little girls.
